What cool wallpaper!!! It seems the paper is very neutral: Grey, cream and mustard? You could pick one of those, or you could do honestly anything. Maybe get a piece of bead board and paint it diff colors and hold up to it. If the gold mirror goes, I thought a mustard bead board would match well. If you want bold, green goes well with mustard! Can’t comment on floors as hard to get an entire picture of the space! How exciting! Maybe grey and white checker tile?

I'd pick the mustard color from that wallpaper. or dark warm charcoal, and have mustard accessories (such as the hand towels). I LOVE that you're keeping the wallpaper!

also, that mirror you have is really cool, but if you're thinking of changing it, may I suggest:

why pedestal? (you can still do the beadboard if you like).

pedestals are for bathrooms w/no wall space. you have enough to do a vintage style vanity.

you can redo any antique or vintage furniture piece and add a sink. it's not difficult and would totally work w/your paper. plus you get some storage.

this is my favorite look when you have a small, wall to wall vanity like you have. this is a board and batten wainscot. you could do a similar one and paint it white or charcoal. do a vanity like this or what i've suggested below.

or, purchase an open shelving one like this (it comes in smaller sizes)

Or, build one yourself. it's not difficult to make one of these

you could even get something newer and paint it. or add a marble remnant for the countertop

I'd do something like this and paint it a cool color. top w/a remnant piece of granite or soapstone or something. Do a headboard or shiplap right over your paper if you like.

for the flooring, I'd do a porcelain tile, maybe a penny round, (like one of these copper/bronze ceramic sheets. the bottom left is at lowes. top one is tilebar.com, I believe)

or this hex tile that looks like wood

, or even a herringbone mosaic in this dark charcoal to work w/the paper.

and if you don't like those ideas, do a Console style sink, not a pedestal. these look better
