I think it will just push things around, as mine did. Ultimately, you can choose to divide them.

Sansevieria, which is what this plant is, grow via rhizomes or very long, thick "stems" that spread underground. Your plant is pupping, growing new plants that will eventually look like your original one. The bent leaf will not stop the growth of the pup, but.... that leaf looks like it is leaning and about to come off anyway, and you may want to remove it so the pup can grow up strong.

In some varieties of Sans, pups DO break right through plastic pots before they ever get to the surface. I have that happening right now to a Sans I have had for 3 years with minimal growth. Now, a pup has split the pot and is coming out the side. That's how strong these plants can be. Sansevierias are one of my favorite plants to watch growth. I think you will enjoy watching yours grow.

May I disagree a bit w/ Robin pls? She's right in what she explained, but we differ in how to handle it.

That lower leaf doesn't look to me like it's coming off soon; it's still vital, healthy & contributing to the plant.

I'd leave the lower leaf alone, likely the Pup will just push it out of the way as it grows taller & taller.

I’ll just monitor it and see what’s happens.

there‘a another pup on the other side as well, at some point I will divide it all. I just want them to grow well in this pot before I bother the plant.
