I am contemplating between wolf 30" induction cooktop with the 15" teppanyaki module or to have the larger 36" induction cooktop without the module. In this latter case I would use a flat teppanyaki plate on top of the induction cooktop. Is this latter solution inferior to the former one? I am not planning to use the teppanyaki much, but that could change as it looks to be a pretty interesting tool.
