Why don't you contact the manufacturer? They should know if they deliver it to anyone in bulk for resale.

Yep, I did, and they barely even know what it is. And, were totally unable to help me.

Bagged commercial soil products are almost never sold in bulk....unless you might have a suppliers contract with the manufacturer. They could never charge an equivalent retail rate for the bulk soils so why adversely impact your bottom line by doing so?

If you are filling so many containers that you need to buy in bulk, you will probably do better making your own mix. There is a lot of info on that subject in the Container Gardening section.

I agree. You can make a far superior product (at least that's how your plants would see things) if you make your own from pine bark (available in bulk) peat (available in bulk or 3.8 cu ft bales) and perlite (commonly available in a 60, 72, and 100 cu ft pouch or 4 cu ft bags) + garden lime (50 lb bags).

5 parts pine bark size dust to 1/2"

1 part sphagnum peat

1 part medium or coarse perlite

an appropriate measure of dolomitic (garden) lime, based on batch size
