My spring radishes got away from me admittedly and all bolted. I have had a difficult time but am finally getting heat adjusted this summer. In the mean time the radishes went to seed. Today I harvested probably a quart and and half of the pods. They strip real easy off the stems. I like them raw and they should cook up real nice too. It seems to me that one gets about the same harvest with no more effort than it takes to get shell peas. Any suggestions for recipes would be very welcome.
