Hummingbird Garden

What's wrong with this bird?

I've been seeing this bird at the feeders for a few days. It sits with it's feathers fluffed out and always flies to the feeder and back to the trees slowly, in a straight line, never darting around like they normally do. it actually fell of the feeder on to the porch once, I picked it up and held it for a few minutes, and it flew off back to the tree,

It probably is not healthy. Is it eating in a normal manner, or does it raise it's bill afterwards (as shown in the photo) and flick it's tongue excessively?

I haven't noticed the tongue flicking, but when it's on the perch, it sits like in the picture. I haven't seen it any more since the picture was taken. Unfortunately, I think it has probably died.
