All you have to do is find a room that you love and copy it. That might be the easiest way.

I agree if this is becoming overwhelming pick a space you like in your idea books and copy as close as possible. Or get a designer that will help with the process. usually those story boards you see are made for specific clients at least in my experience. I also think the best rooms are done in a long period of time with things you love , start with the basics and then add to the space as you find those things you love.

Not that I'm aware of as usually those boards are done by professionals for their clients (as Patricia said, too) and often what is shown are products that are often only offered through the trade. That said, Wayfair has something like this https://www.wayfair.com/shop-the-look/sl0. Though it doesn't get into all the details.

Is there a reason you haven't posted your room here?

Designers don’t give away their ideas for free. That is their income source. They may give one sourcebook on a Pin post. Or, they may fabricate a fictitious source. If you want designer assistance, employ a designer. Otherwise do the best you can yourself.

You may be remembering catalogs from Restoration Hardware and a couple other places. They had completely coordinated rooms with paint colors. All you needed was a lot of money to order exactly what they showed. Martha Stewart did similar things quite a few years ago with her own brand.
