It is in bright light or lower? How often have you been watering? Have you kept it in the same soil it came in?

Can you push the foliage aside w/ one hand pls & share a pic of the soil?

I've only watered it once (a week ago) since I bought it, because the soil was pretty moist and I didn't want it to rot or anything. Yes, it's the same soil it came in!

I would say it has medium light, not too far but not too close to an eastern window.

I sprinkled it with some water every day or two as I read somewhere that it likes higher humidity, I hope I'm right!

You don’t need to sprinkle the leaves with water. That doesn’t do anything as far as long term humidity is concerned.

Sounds like it’s not getting enough light. Put it right up in front of an unobstructed window.

Also sounds like over watering. Maybe the store over watered it while It was there.

The pot has drain holes right? And I can’t see the soil so I can’t comment, but id remove that moss. Thats helping it retain more water, which is doesn’t likely need.

You didn't say what you were sprinkling w/ water, the leaves or the soil, but I'm w/ Dave on this. Pls stop, as it's not helping & maybe be harming things.

Can't tell if that's actual moss or a very coir/ peat-like mix. Also agreeing you should pls remove it, it retains moisture & gives insects places to hide.

Is that saucer attached? If so, pull it off pls, so plant can drain properly. Afterwards, you could place the saucer-less pot on top of some newspapers to absorb some of that excess water.

When you water, take it to the sink and water until it drains out the holes. Don't sprinkle. In time, I would repot in a slightly larger pot using commercial houseplant potting mix. Hope it survives for you; they are nice plants.
