A design response to a particular home and family isn’t a popularity contest. Forget crowd sourcing this. Work with a good Kitchen Designer.

I thought this space was to reach out for opinions. If I wanted to hire a designer I would.

do you need storage? I don't care for any uppers so unless you need storage, I would take them all down.

I don’t need too much storage.

The size of the cabinets around the window look too small to be very useful, and they block off the light. One also interferes with the space available on the end cabinet with the other wall. I would absolutely leave them off your plan.

What is the basis of the design(s)?

I never turn down more storage. You may not need it right now, but add some pets or kids and suddenly there's never enough space for all the stuff you need handy!

I like no uppers, but will you have enough storage like that. I really dislike #2.

Do you have room to wrap the open display shelving around the corner in an “L” to the right hand side of the window? If so I would do that and have open shelving on the left hand side of the window to balance the design.

I like the first plan. Second feels crowded to me

What's the floorplan for the kitchen, and also the entire main floor? Is there a separate pantry nearby?

How many people in the house, and how many use the kitchen? Any kids? Do you cook or reheat takeout, and if you cook, what do you usually cook (or bake or ?? )? How often do you shop? How long do you plan to stay in the house?

Also, while clicking on the various options to see them, I may have inadvertently voted. To be clear, I don't want to vote for any of the options without having more information.

And I'd like to recommend the Kitchen forum if you're looking for considered suggestions,

Thanks everyone! It’s an open floor plan. Pantry is around the corner in mudroom. What forum is this? Am I in the wrong place?

You are in right place but tagged building a home, design dilemma and polls. Kitchen would have been a better tag :)
