That first pic looks like roots got fried. Might have small root system and couldn’t keep up with heat. Is that soil or mulch?

As along as its holding onto a few green leaves there's hope. I'd increase the watering on days its not raining (not necessarily overall quantity--make sure you aren't totally sogging the soil) and put a temporary shade over it so its not in direct sun in the middle of the day. There's still time in the season for new shoots to leaf out. From personal experience I know that Jersey is one of the most robust varieties out there. I've got a patch of 18 Jersey bushes my father planted in the 1960's still going strong.

Though versatile, blueberries are a bit picky. They need acidic soil and may take more care than many other edibles. Ad a little vinegar to your water twice a year.
