It was a more typical day in the Southern Tier of NY - Hot and overcast. We received a little rain from the tropical storm which made landfall in NJ.

Here is a seedling out of LINDA SIERRA. I like it. The edge is more pronounced than LS.

CIRCUS PERFORMER: A Petit that hangs in there. It is slow on the increase.

ENCHANTING ESMERLDA: One of the parents of the red seedling that I am thinking about registering.

HANDWRITING ON THE WALL:

ELECTRIC MIST: Not a rapid increaser and bud count is low. I love the green throat. It may be on its way out.

INDIAN GIVER: A great little plant.

CAROLINA COOL DOWN: I've only had it for two years. I am liking it more and more.

INQUIRE WITHIN: I love the subtle eye. This one does benefit from afternoon shade as it doesn't have the best substance.

EYE ON AMERICA: I had written this one off years ago. Another one that I thought I had gotten rid of, due to lack of performance. It bloomed several years later. I moved it to a horrible spot my standards thinking if it dies, oh well. This is the best it has ever looked and it has reached its registered height. Never did in the "good" spot.

Hopefully HOUZZ will cooperate with more in the comments.

Blue-eyed Butterfly: A consistent performer.

FLYING DOWN TO RIO: This is one tall scape. It is vigorous and gets your attention.

Vertical Horizon: This is a good plant and good plant to hybridize with. One of my seedlings is in the background.

I like Circus Performer, Petits don't usually do well for me. Enchanting Esmerelda is a beautiful color, and I really like the look of Flying Down to Rio. Screen Pattern looks good, and I could go on. Beautiful

Nice group David. SCREEN PATTERN has a nice pattern showing. Carolina Cool Down looks a lot like ( but not exactly) Ribbit Ribbit which I grow here. I noticed that similarity when Debra has posted here photos of CCD.

We had a couple of hours of light rain after midnight and suppose to get more later today. I don't count on it but at least the temp has dropped a bit today. Stay cool and hope for more rain.

So many great plants here. I like the idea of a daylily that does well in a bad spot, I have too many bad spots here, meaning too much shade. Growing in a bad spot, Eye on America, is my favorite. I’m also drawn to Enchanting Esmerelda, such a great color. Do you live near a Syracuse? I have a friend that just moved there.

So many nice ones today! Yoiur seedling out of Linda Sierra is very pretty! Excellent shot of Carolina Cool Down. It's a favorite here. Beauty in Motion and Vertical Horizon are especially nice.

I like your Linda Sierra seedling, and ?CArolina Cooldown is a lovely bloom. Lots of pretties, but Eye on America may be my favorite.

You can certainly see Linda Sierra in your seedling. Enchanting Esmerelda has such a pretty color. I like Screen Pattern as well.

Fire on the Mountain is a bright red in your picture. I like it.......Your Linda Sierra seedling looks promising with a more prominent edge color.....I like Enchanting Esmeralda quite a bit. Will have to look her up...................Maryl

I like a lot of these. Narrowing down to favorites, Enchanting Esmeralda, Inquire Within [you are right, great eye], Carolina Cool Down, and of course Indian Giver.
