My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My self-pollenated "Flying Saucer" Has some nice color and structure, but it isn't very big.

    It looks like it could turn into a big corrugated hosta in 10 years. You're going to have to give it time. In the meantime, it's cute the way it is.
