What's the story on that stone...stove grotto...situation? Is that going anywhere?

Seems like it would be difficult to cook right up against a stone wall!

Is the stone a chimney for a fireplace in an adjoining room that also enables a stove hood vent?

If the stone is just decorative would you be interested in removing that elbow knocker?

When you draw, to scale, your floor plan and the floor plan of the adjoining room on the other side of the wall you intend to remove, include sizes and all fixed features -- windows, doorways.

You have a window above and to the left of the sink -- what is behind the wall to the right of that?

If 2 out of 4 walls are coming down then plan an island kitchen . More abt the space needs to be shared tho . Budget ? Some diy? re arrange Plumbing ? 11 by 10 w walls out will give you many more options. Planning should be very detailed right now.

A to scale floor plan showing surrounding areas mark what wall you want to remove all measurements clearly marked and also all windows doorways and info as to plumbing , gas lines etc. The more info the better the responses.
