Does anyone know what type of kitchen cabinet hinge this is?

Hi. We rent a very old home and 2 kitchen cabinet doors need the hinges replaced. They are very old cabinets and none of the big box stores carry these hinges or could offer any help. Does anyone n ow what type or model these could be. These is an A stamped on them and an R for right. On each plate there are different numbers. 1272 and 1273. I looked up these model numbers and it could be Amerock. I can’t find a hinge that looks exactly like this. Attached are pictures of the cabinets and the hinges. Thanks for you help.

Pivot hinge. The hinge in the link is similar, not exact. Try searching for pivot hinges.

I replaced some of these for a relative with a 50s-60s era house. I had to get NOS vintage ones off of ebay. There was a Stanley that matched theirs. I don't have the number on me but you might keep in mind that Stanley made them too.

Did you ever find a hinge? I have the same ones and they need to be replaced.

So after a lot of research and talking with quite a few cabinet shops. The consensus is that Amerock made a lot of different OEM hinges. This is one of those and there really isn't any stock to be found. The best replacement is the Youngsdale #3 hinge. I have the hinges in the photo and it fit perfectly. Hope this helps someone.
