coleus in trouble?

I hope someone can help me. Three different coleus plants have different things wrong with them. The frilly edge green/yellow one is getting brown edges but otherwise looks the same. the other green/yellow one has shiny beige spots on it and so does the pink/green one. Any help would be greatly appreciated! if they are sick I need to know quick. I have 88 coleus plants in my yard. and I don't want to lose any of them. thank you

'melting out' of white tissue is not uncommon in the heat of summer across a broad spectrum of plants ..... and can be caused by too much sun.. or not enough water .. etc .. and pink is closer to white than green ...

white tissue is the weakling of colored tissue ... and so it is a good indicator that there was some slight insult .. for some unknown reason ...

frankly your plants look fantastic ... and i think perhaps you are over reacting a bit at some very minor tissue damage ...

just keep them deeply and properly watered ... and you should be all set ...

and unless it gets significantly worse.. lets not screw things up by trying to fix what might not be broken ..

i think you solved the issue when you cut them off .. lol .. outta sight.. outta mind.. as they say ...

ps: and unless someone comes up with some plague im not aware of.. do NOT go spraying tender foliage with any goos in the hopes of fixing something.. and end up doing more harm ...

Oh thank you! it is super hot right now. Today is supposed to be 108, I think. I am already battling spider mites on my pumpkins- I don't need another fight with a crazy fungus! I did go a little insane with plants. it is a full time job! I appreciate your quick response!😁

Wow -- what a beautiful array of coleus! Thank you for sharing your photos with us. Makes me want to grow more coleus for sure.

That's certainly a neat way to grow pumpkin vines. How do you mow the grass?

It was 108 degrees in San Antonio yesterday. Hard on the plants, but I found it easier to tolerate than 99 degrees with high humidity.

Indeed very nice! One of mine that was doing the best of all those that I planted this year just got munched down to the ground courtesy of the local rabbit population. 🐇

I mow very carefully! haha. I also have grass cutting scissors! Didn't know I needed them til bought them! I do love coleus! and I just discovered them last year. I think it was only going to be in the high 90s today here in lubbock.

and these pumpkins sprang up a couple of weeks ago next to driveway. I have a pumpkin plant in a pot back there that has 5 flat whitish colored pumpkins.
