Help! Refinishing Wood Plank Ceiling

Hi everyone! Looking for advice on refinishing our wood plank ceiling/beam in master bedroom- currently it has a light whitewash applied and we want to change it to match the beautiful red stained ceilings throughout the rest of the house. Ideas? Also if you have tips for color matching that would be appreciated!
