That's a lot of daylilies still blooming for you. Just a few that strike my fancy after the first pass: T-Bone Walker seedling does look large and dark petaled. I've always liked the color combination of Marietta Warrior and this reminds me of it.........Elegant Candy sure looks cute. Nice rounded form and pretty color.....I'm not a UF fan but grew Christmas in Oz for years. Liked the purity of the colors and it bloomed well for me. I was warned it was winter tender at times and that's what finally got mine........Honky Tonk Barbie can pale in the heat and full sun. Since mine is in a pot I've moved it around over the years, and where it is this year it's color is holding better. I still like mine quite a bit.........The Indy Rhapsody red shows up in the middle of all these colors. Nice one..........Maryl

Isabelle Rose has a picture perfect FFE. That and Navajo Pony are my favorites. But there are so many pretty ones. I like yellows, so I like how nice and bright Caledonia is. Flamboyant Diva is so pretty, I love the look but they don't want to open well here. I have Elegant Candy too, mine doesn't rebloom but it's a nice pink with multiples every day. I also like High Water Mark and White Eyes Pink Dragon. Oh and your T-Bone Walker seedlings, very nice!

Your T-Bone seedlings are very nice, I agree! I have never had Elegant Candy rebloom. I always like the color of WEPD. The Orchid Corsage blooms look whimsical. Isabelle Rose did give you a perfect bloom. Lots of pretty ones here, Nancy.

You still have a lot blooming from the photos, Nancy. Isabelle Rose is a beauty. Nice to know Navajo Pony can rebloom, Abby Davisson is really pretty, Vanilla Gorilla is a lovely clump and I really like Christmas in Oz. Nice post, Nancy.

My favorites are the rebloomers Abby Davisson and Navajo Pony. I really like your second T-Bone Walker seedling - nice shape and color! This picture of Honky Tonk Barbie looks more like the real deal - just faded from the many days of heat. I can't believe how white Walk in the Clouds looks for you. It's very yellow and a bit disappointing here. Timeless Majesty looks good. I've thought about adding that late. How does it perform for you.

Maryl, I hope I don't lose Christmas in Oz. I had to move it from my deck, did not plan to put it back, but that is a more protected area, so it may go back there. I appreciate the warning.

Thanks, Nat4b. As for Flamboyant Diva, I have not had any problem with it opening here, although sometime one petal grows smaller and makes the flower look wonky. Not sure what causes that.

Kate, I don't think Elegant Candy has ever rebloomed for me before either. I even looked close at it to make sure it was not just a late scape, but definitely rebloom. Good year for Elegant Candy, I have never seen it branch like it has this year.

Kay, I was so pleased to see the rebloom scapes on Navajo Pony, and they have quite a few buds so should bloom for a while!

Debra, I remembered Walk in the Clouds being a polychrome, and a few blooms were. Only the 1st ones though, these later ones look very white and not nearly as interesting. Heat I guess. Timeless Majesty has above average bud count. It can be splotchy, not severe, more like a few spots. It does seem to bloom out fast, pretty while in bloom, but I hoped it would last longer for a late. I have had it rebloom, but not every year.

Nancy: You have many still blooming. Navajo Pony is very pretty as is High Watermark. HW has not started here yet. Your daylilies seem to hold up well in the heat. How is the deck project going?

About the deck, Julia, you don't want to know, LOL! the insurance did not pay enough for it. We thought it would be repairable, but could get no quotes. Finally had to settle with insurance for their offer, and thought it would be enough. Then quotes started coming in, all required rebuilding. My husband decided to repair it himself. He rarely finishes a project he starts. But after taking off decking, the whole thing got twisted. Probably easier to rebuild. We will probably end up getting someone in to build it when my husband gets tired of hearing me whine about it. On a side note, he leaves the lights on outside all night. He does not want anyone to get hurt on it. ??? Not sure why, if someone is peeking in our windows, or trying to break in, I kinda would hope they break a leg. But guess that is just me, LOL.

Nancy - Thanks so much for the info on Timeless Majesty and Walk in the Clouds. My Walk in the Clouds is still a yellow/pink polychrome today.! That's funny about your husband thinking someone will get hurt on your deck at night.
