We haveade Lot of progress diverting water away from our crawl space but it is in the mountains and there is a lot of snow melt and rainy season. We are happy with our estimate and what we have read so far but I have a few questions. We currently don’t have mold (that we know of) we do have a dehumidifie that drains deep in the corner where there is a slope. I worried that the encapsulation will simply cover and hide any real problems. They mentioned putting a sump but didn’t think we needed it and I wasn’t really a fan of having one run behind this already....just one more thing to go wrong in my experiment. Would really like to hear people’s experiences.

my main concern is... How would we know if the water is causing real damage to the house if it is all behind the barrier? Also, I read the warranty does not cover if a mouse eats through it...has anyone had a problem with this?

Is there anyone that regrets doing it? If so, for what reason?
