Any ash trees in the vicinity?

oo that's a good idea, we are surrounded by some light woods on 3 sides. Just doing a cursory look on Google some of the trees around us look like it.

so I thought I'd update people, I think it must be a weed, or not something intentionally planted. I had a "duh" moment, and realized that the garden where these are all over the place also has the bird feeder in it.... and the birds get seeds everywhere. I am willing to guess it's possible that these are seeds that fell from the feeder haha. But I am still very curious as to what they are so I'm going to read the label on the bird feed to see which seeds are listed.

I've never seen anything like this plant growing from birdseed mixes. It looks like an ash seedling. Can you look at the photos to see if the cotyledons match? Ash seeds can fly pretty far from the mother tree.
