In lieu of a barn door, use matching bi-fold doors for both closet and bath.

Could double doors entering your bedroom be an option? It would depend on your hallway space as well as your bedroom wall. With a double entry door, usually one has a locking system that enables you to keep one door closed. In your case, the stationary door would be in the position of your existing door.

Change the swing of your bedroom door. The light switch could easily be changed, a lot cheaper than buying new closet or bathroom doors.

Barn doors are not good for bathrooms. Unfortunate privacy issue.

I would like to avoid moving the light switch if I can, but I know that I may have to. We can do double doors for the bedroom door and bathroom door but the bedroom door is only 32 in wide so keeping one side closed probably won’t work and it would cover the light switch. What about doing something like this? It would still seem open but would be a smaller door and would stop short of the bathroom door.
