You'll see some separation of tomato juice from the pulp at times. You'll also smell tomato when canning because when the jars are heated up and pressurised the lids will flex a little and vent out some and then seal as it cools down.

AS long as you processed long enough and the lids sealed you're good. Check the seals when the the jars are cooled down by smashing down on the lids with your thumb. If the lid pings up and down it didn't seal. Then you'll have to reprocess it or have it for dinner.
