All of the door handles in our house are ORB, but we are doing a master bath reno and are considering chrome (or brushed nickel) for the faucets, shower and tub fixtures, and probably drawer pulls. We will be going with either white or gray cabinets—and white/gray tiles. I can’t really change the door handle to the bathroom (it is in close proximity to other doors with ORB handles, like closets and main door to bedroom). Is it okay to mix with chrome finishes? Is brushed nickel better? If mixing, would you add some more ORB to bathroom to make it intentional looking, like maybe light fixtures in vanity in ORB? Or just leave doors to bathroom and toilet stall in ORB and everything else in chrome/nickel?
