My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another baby quilt finished

Finished this baby quilt for a relative. The pattern is called Mommy and Me by QP Designs. The original pattern is designed with elephants, which I'm doing for my granddaughter's quilt. Since this relative told me she likes teddy bears, that's the applique design I did for her.





It's the first time I've ever pieced a back. It was done out of necessity. I don't know if I forgot to buy enough yardage for the binding, or if I forgot and used some of the fabric for the squares and hadn't meant to do that.
Either way, or whatever happened, I didn't have enough to do the back in one piece.


This was also my first time stippling.
