I don't know what would be eating your flowers. Just last week I noticed that some of my hosta flowers stalks were snipped off. I thought it was only one or two plants, but upon inspection, several hosta are missing their flower stalks. This has happened to a couple of heuchera also. I don't have deer. I am wondering if it is rabbits or squirrels. Amongst the plants I have one parsley plant. That's being eaten. I wonder if that attracted this animal in the first place. I put the parsley plant in the middle of all the others thinking it won't be found by any critter who would like to eat it. I have now moved the parsley and am wondering if the critter is still coming back. The leaves of my hosta are not eaten either. I am interested to hear what others might think or have experienced. Do you think squirrels or rabbits may have eaten your flowers?

Deer are eating my hosta flowers. They like the flowers the best, leaves come second. If they are hungry, they eat the leaves too. Time to do some repelling.
