Cleaning after bathroom demolition

We just had our bathroom redone. Because of the heat, the windows and doors were open so the workmen wouldn't pass out. The resulting dust is everywhere in our bedroom. I'm looking for suggestions on how to clean the dust off our dressers without scratching them. Any special products that we should use?
