My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The walls ar ehand troweled stucco. The variation in the stucco color is created by how you trowel it. Some parts dry faster than others - creating the light and dark pattern. Any quality stucco company should be able to do this. I hope this helps.
