Greetings everyone!

I’ve recently trimmed a mojito mint plant, and first and foremost I must mention I’ve been getting the feeling that the color from the leaves seems to be a bit off, pale looking, with also occasional yellowing leaves and creamy yellow new growth. A few days ago I’ve noticed light white-ish tiny spots on a leaf cluster (able to see them through underneath the leaves as well) and some brown spots on a separated leaf..

Today I’m noticing the same spots on a few more leaves from different clusters, as well as what it seems to be light brown eggs laying on a few perlite chunks above the soil? Any guidance would be highly appreciated, thank you in advance.
