The question of tub in a master has been asked before and the general consensus was if you have a tub elsewhere in the home it's ok. A larger shower is now most popular. Paint colors do not have to match but should coordinate/relate to one another in the spaces IMHO.

This looks like a spacious bathroom, I would keep the tub and open up the shower with glass on the top half, and paint color doesn't have to be the same but ideally would have a good flow from the bedroom.

I would keep the tub if selling. Many women want them. Bedroom and bath should be the same color tone. One room can be a deeper color of same etc.

I agree - keep same color family and color just different shades. It's amazing how even the same color can look different in other rooms due to lighting. Keep the color soft and restful. I love river reed by I think Olympic - but can have any brand tinted. If the tub doesn't have jets keep it. Jets harbor bacteria if not used frequently.
