Nice and simple. Move the refrigerator over a bit so that it isn't right up against the wall (as it is now, the door won't open all the way). Put a pull out cabinet as a pantry or broom closet in the new narrow space. You'll probably want to put a console cabinet on the blank wall.

For the mudroom and laundry, what if they were configured so that you have a door to the side yard? A concrete stoop for that and the man-door from the garage would let you go in and out easily, leave muddy shoes to dry, or put a clothes drying rack out there.

Why don't you enlarge the closets in the two bedrooms?

I agree, seems nicely laid out.

Depending on the space you have in the kitchen, put another cabinet run along the mudroom and laundry wall. Use it as a drink station/coffee bar/something. Otherwise that will be along blank wall. You can do thinner cabinets if full cabinets don't work. If you don't want to do that, consider making your island longer in that direction (could flip it 90 degrees).

Consider adding a couple more windows in the master bedroom on the left wall.

Looks like the only orientation for beds in the secondary bedrooms is parallel to the window walls (assuming HVAC registers will be in the floor under the windows). Less than 11 feet can get tight with french door closets. The french door closet swing may impact placement of any furniture (night stands, even the bed) for anything other than a twin bed. Suggest laying out your furniture in those rooms to get an idea of how it will fit.

Mud room seems a bit large but with little useful space. Do you need that space for any gear? Closet? Maybe consider combining mud room & laundry? Since the mud room already has a door to it that can be closed off, opening 2 doors to get to the laundry room seems tedious. My guess is your pocket door will never be closed anyway since it's difficult to close them with laundry baskets in your arms.

Master closet looks pretty tiny. Ours is 7x10, we don't have a lot of clothes, and it only works because we got built ins.

Consider using frosted glass for the windows above the tub.

    Good luck!

Are you on a small lot? What direction does the front face?

    Acre and front face north

on an acre why do you want the garages to be the first and only thing you see first?
