Thanks all for quick response. I too have a same idea of either building a half wall or glass partition. As it is going to partition kitchen and the entrance; I was worried about the secondary affects from that might cause from cooking smoke etc that might damage the wood etc ... I was wondering if you any of you can share some photos that will be great. And one more thing to deal with one of the bed room with very low light. I am sharing my bed rooms floor plan to give better idea. Any Idea's for the bedroom with low light too is also greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. As you can see in the pic that I have attached. Colours are always hard to judge in pictures on screen, but I thought that this fabric could be beautiful for drapery (would do a simple pelmet and floor to ceiling drapes with tie-backs I think, I will look for example photos for you). One of the coordinating fabrics will be nice to upholster the chair at the head of the table perhaps? I actually do not mind your current bathroom layout but updating the decor will help out a lot. There are numerous tile manufacturers but, by far, my favorite is Porcelinosa. They are known for carrying large tiles and are installed with very tight grout joints, giving you a contemporary look for your space. They also carry fixtures and fittings and I do like their faucets and find them well priced. Also consider a glass shower partition that is installed on the tub instead of a shower curtain. Other design elements include a sliding door with lock, a good exhaust fan, two forms of light (downlight and a wall mounted fixture at the mirror. Popular now is a wall mounted vanity (Ikea makes one with 2 storage drawers) and, consider carrying the floor tile up the side of the tub for a more unified look. The height of the tile on the wall is nicely proportioned and I suggest a waterproof sheetrock and paint. As far as design inspiration, consider looking on the Houzz site and finding a few images that work well with your personal aesthetic -- something minimal and modern looks like it would work nicely and give you the update that you are looking for.

We have never had an issue with moisture/humidity in the closet here, either. Perhaps it would be a concern in a very humid climate. Our last home had the bathroom off the bedroom, and I always woke up when my husband got ready in the morning. Sometimes steam from the hot shower got into the bedroom, too, but I never worried about our mattress or bedding getting moldy or anything (and the life of our mattress is longer than the life of our clothes). Any added moisture dissipates and dries out relatively quickly with adequate ventilation, as with any room of our home. Run the bathroom fan as usual, and leave the closet door open (or take the door off if you never use it). You need pretty consistently humid or wet conditions to encourage mold/mildew growth. A good friend of mine has her washing machine in their master closet, and they line dry everything on hangers in the closet out of the washing machine. And the closet is carpeted! Now that would make me nervous (line drying soaking wet clothing releases a lot of water vapor as it dries, and it obviously stays wet/damp for a while before dry), even though their closet never smells musty. Either way, that setup concerns me way more than having a decent sized walk in closet off a bathroom. I find the closet off the bathroom very convenient and wonderful for our marriage and sleep schedules. My husband can get completely ready for work without waking me up. I also like to leave my towel at the shower, and it is nice to be able to walk right into the closet and get dressed. Overall, I think it is a great layout/design.
