In Northern Virginia Zone 6b. Have dragonflies visiting even with no known water source around, so hoping they are attracted to the salvia. I would like to encourage the mosquito eaters to stay.

What are the best growing conditions if I want to plant more? Also, best to buy, grow from seed or propogate from cuttings? Thank you!
