debra..I'm sort of doing the same thing..I have a gallery with albums that I created..when I take new pics they show up as 'camera'..I leave them there and post from 'camera' which is like your 'waiting to post'..then after I post I put it in the proper album or delete it if I don't want to keep it..sometimes I organize right after I take pics..sometimes I don't..I can post from my albums too..did this make sense to you?

I often post a photo the same morning I take it. So it's uploaded right to my computer desktop, not an iPhone. Sometimes, I am looking for a photo to illustrate what I'm talking about, and have to go back through my photos. But having a folder of photos ready to post, wouldn't help with that, because I don't know what I'm looking for until I am looking for it.

I guess I skip the step of saving photos to a folder to post, because I take the photos, figure out which ones I'd be interested in posting and post them that day. Then I'm done with that group of photos, so I"m current the majority of the time.

I started out trying to organize photos into folders, but really, if you take a lot of photos it's hard to keep up. I think the best tip I can give myself, is to delete the photos as soon as you upload them, that you know are no good and you don't want them. I don't do that and I'm leaving myself a big job at some point.
