My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you recommend a builder in Miami?

I love the design of the pavilion. I’m looking to do the same thing with stairs to top deck with railings.

    Hello Willis,

Unfortunately, we do not have any contacts in Miami that we can recommend. We apologize!

How much are the plans for this design? Just structure. No fireplace. If so, I would like to add stairs for a roof deck.

This was inspired from your design.

    Hello Willis,

Unfortunately, we do not perform design services in-house. We go to outside sourced for that phase of a project. For this particular structure, we used AMS Landscape Design Services, Inc. If you search for them on Houzz you will find their profile. They may be able to assist you in getting a design for the structure.
