My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello, we do include complete installation instructions in all our orders and include the studs and spacers to install the numbers and letters. Some additional advice we give for installing on a stone like you mentioned:

    - Use a hammer drill to make the drilling more accurate and easier.

    - After taping up the template, mark the holes with a sharp steel punch

    - Drill pilot holes with a smaller drill bit

    - Drill the holes with the proper size drill bit
