Why's my fiddle leaf fig dying?

Hi guys, I'm new to fiddle leaf figs and just got a baby one a few weeks ago. There are 2 plants in this pot and I'm noticing one of them has brown leaves and is wilting. The other is just fine. I'm inclined to think it's not a under/over watering issue because one is doing well. Could this be a fungal infection? Any idea what to do to attempt to restore it? I love this plant and would hate to see it die 😢
