We recently built an in ground pool with all Pentair parts and 2 LED lights. I believe there is something either wrong with the LED install or there is a missing part or finishing gasket. When I ask the PB he says this is the way its supposed to be. the actual LEDs has 'play' in the housing and can be removed very easily with a soft quarter twist - its not tight at all (see the 3rd picture where I just popped it out). They claim this is by design. I find this h

Can you please tell me if this led light should stick out this much once installed or should it be flush? also, is there a missing gasket or part that should go around it to give it a more finished look?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you have a pic of how it should look, that would be great.
