I like to dehydrate slices and use them in soups. I usually put them in the soup in the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Hi Margi - I use this recipe for my dehydrated zucchini chips. You can tone it down or up depending on how spicy your want it. There are other similar recipes on the web but this is the only one I've tried.

I do slices, and flavored chips.. but I do straight up fresh shredded most.

I have dehydrated 3 full loads of zucchini slices this year. One I sprinkled with just seasoned salt, trying to get something kind of like a potato chip. They were far too salty and will end up in soup. I have done two batches of slices sprinkled with a Garlic Sriracha seasoning that I bought in a big bottle at Sam's Club. My husband and a son in law just love those, so I'll do at least one more batch. I've also tried cinnamon and sugar but didn't like those so well, and the Everything but the Bagel seasoning was OK.
