My DH shopped today and came home with a bag of Uncle Bens basmati rice. As I was putting it away, I noticed that the label read “ready in 10 minute. I have always gone with 20 minutes once the rice/water comes to a boil. I couldn’t see anywhere to say it had been partially cooked or the like. So I did as the label said, and the rice was perfect!. Have I been doing it wrong all these years,or has something changed?
