Hi! Like some trying to survive at home during COVID pandemic, we would like to build a pool and have only managed to get a single quote. Without comparatives I am unsure whether the quote of $60K is just. Other pool builders have not returned calls or have negative reviews. Here's the list:

- 10 x 25 geometric pool with sun deck of 5 feet and small bench on opposing side of pool

- rip out existing pavers in existing deck and replace with nice pavers all around

- bring down two screened patio doors, rescreen existing screen in adjacent patio and add full pool enclosure

- Pentair salt water

- Pentair Ultratemp water heat pump

- Pentair Speed & Flow Pump

- Pentair 1 bubbler with LED

- Pentair 2 LED lights

- Pentair automation

- Pebble pool finish

- Glass tile accents around pool, on sun shelf and steps

Is this quote too high? For reference, I am in Longwood, FL.
