Disease? Whitey spots on leaves

My plants (turnip, beet, radish, cilantro, oregano etc) leaves have tiny spots. I did research a lot but can't find what this is. Even Creeping Charlie have spots (photo) but tomato and eggplant are not affected. I see the spots only on the upside of leaves. Luckily my plants are not dying but I'm worrying if the veges are okay to eat. Anybody has the same problem?
