Hello! I noticed this afternoon that my rhaphidophora tetrasperma was falling towards one side and having trouble standing tall on its own. The roots were also a little exposed. So I thought I should repot with more soil. When I took it out of the pot, I saw these bugs crawling in the soil.

Could anyone help to identify what these bugs are please? It's white with 2 feelers.
