Appliance Reno Help

We are renovating our kitchen due to a leak in our dishwasher. We need to order appliances by Thursday. We will order our custom cabinets next week. We are going with a traditional shaker type.’

I’m providing a before and a rough drawing of our proposed kitchen remodel.

Our home is 4700 square feet and for the size of our home the kitchen is smaller than most. We are changing the format in hopes it will open things up more as the old floor plan has always seemed cramped. We will be taking a small wall down, to open it up to the family room.

We have designed it to have a slide in range unless we change our mind. We may list our home for sale in a year. My question is:

If you are a homebuyer do you want a double wall oven or are you ok with a professional slide in 36” range?

We will have a Sharp microwave drawer in the island.

Since our kitchen is smaller we wanted to integrate the refrigerator in with our cabinets. My second question is :

Does anyone have the Fisher Paykel 72” integrated refrigerator with custom panels ? It seems to be the only affordable option of panel fridge that’s integrated. We want our refrigerator to look like cabinetry and blend in.

The other option is to change the floor plan and put the double wall oven where the fridge is and then move the fridge to our pantry closet. We have a room behind the kitchen that we are planning on changing into a scullery or a walk in pantry. I’m just not sure is the location of the refrigerator would seem awkward. I would only move it if the consensus is double wall ovens are a must have.

What do y’all think?
