Can I take out the tub and change to just a nice shower? can the shower be a roll in by wheelchair without looking like a handicap bathroom? Would like to see pictures

Not enough information here for an intelligent helpful comment. Pictures might be helpful too. Do you have a basement? How large of a room is it? As far as "without looking like a handicap bathroom" that is in the eye of the beholder. Just the fact of a roll in screams wheel chair to some. Here's ours. No tub but a 1970's fiberglass capsule shower was removed.
