Hello! We have hired a reputable local contractor (NoVa area) to do an addition, and are addressing some exterior remodeling/improvements at the same time. Our home has a mishmash of window styles/ages/materials and we are looking to replace all our windows with this remodel so we can get a unified exterior look. Our contractor has indicated they typically use Pella Encompass windows. How do these stack up against other Pella models, or other vinyl windows? I'm not crazy about vinyl windows, but our budget might not stretch to wood. Thanks!
