That will take a special buyer. Clearly, a lot of time and money went into building the house, althoug it does seem a bit heavy and overwhelming inside. It also has an interesting price history: Sold for $1M 22 years ago; put up for sale 4 years ago at $9.5M; listing removed after 15 months; put back on the market for $5M; listing removed after a year; just relisted for $4M. I think the market is making a judgment.

It's listed as pre-foreclosure auction. It would be great for a family compound. It's too bad the owners couldn't get his/her family all together to keep this beautiful property.
