Another idea- how about painting that garage wall an accent color, adding a wall fountain with a couple of potted plants and a bench ;)

I would repaint the wall and around doorway to freshen up but stay with white. Then find a charming two seat garden bench perhaps in black...try Target, Home Depot or Home Goods. Center the bench on wall and add some Sunbrella all weather pillows & then buy four urns put two flanking arched doorway and two on either side of new bench. Then depending on your preference of plants/flowers fill urns...I love buying hanging ferns and I take off hanger and create instant easy care urns. If you want color then buy hanging flowering plants instead. Good Luck!
