Need your advise

I am redoing my master bedroom and I am trying to decide to keep an 7 x 9 area as a sitting area or as a second closet?? I have one close that is not 8.5 x 7.5 off the bathroom I dont' know which would add more value to the house. Thanks in advance for your advise.

In my experience most people rarely use a sitting area in the bedroom even though they think they will. Why not a nice dressing room space just for you Most women would love that .
