Wow, cool room. How about Inside mount roman shades that are lined OR solar shades inside mount on each window and then drapes hung on a rod that goes across the entire window?

My favorites are solar shades. I like the clean modern look and the ability to see outside. But I am not sure the clean minimalist modern look is what you are looking for here... My previous house was more victorian style and we had alternate shades.
