My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ideas on upstairs landing area?

Can't think of a practical idea on how to best use the space. Currently used as a seating area.... well, no one sits up there. It's an awkward space, but I think there's potential.

Would love some creative thoughts!

    Cosy library with comfy chair and perhaps office desk or maybe another tv area, perhaps a more modern feel than pics below
