Help on selecting kitchen cabinet

Please choose the option which will look the best . I am taking kitchen cabinet from builder as per standard package (PVC) . Will keep it for 2 years and will move the kitchen to basement . Then will replace with a new customized kitchen. Please help me on finalizing kitchen cabinet as I need to live with it for next 2 years.

What’s the overall style you’re going for in your home and with furnishings? I like the stark contrast between the black cabinet and flooring, but only in certain designs.

Do the samples show actual doors? So slab style for black and brown, and raised panel for white? What color countertop will you have? I'm inclined to vote for the brown, if it's a slab door. I like the white with the maple floors also. I agree with the others - you should do what goes with your preferred style.

If it is going in the basement, white to help reflect light. If, however, these are so cheap that as soon as you use them they fall apart, then your current design choice. Modern would be black. Farmhouse would be brown, kinda thing.

I am planning to make my house in contemporary or transitional style . As per builder standard they are giving white with light brown and grey granite basic one

@function_first : yes sample are actual doors . Black and brown are slab and white is raised panel . Attached the countertop . I am thinking to go for contemporary or transitional style

Since this is basically a disposable kitchen, pick the cheapest option. Does the builder offer laminate countertops? If so, choose that instead of granite. Tearing out two year-old granite is incredibly wasteful; it is a non-renewable resource.

Builder is giving by default granite

If you want something more contemporary, go for the brown slab. The white is a little more traditional.

We just did this same thing 4 years ago. Builder cabs were cheap crap. Picked the cheapest standard grade cabinets we could. If the white is your basic builder grade and you will pay no upcharge for those, I'd select them, especially if you want to put them in a basement at a later date. The brown and black will be too dark, imo.

Is the light colored 5" oak the floor color that the cabinets will sit on? If so, go with the white cabinets since the other 2 colors clash with the floor. Also, the salt and pepper granite will look best with white cabinets.

Thank you megs1030 and Tiger Lily . I am deciding to go for white as majority is suggesting for that . Thank you so much for all your valuable suggestions.
